2008
Swimming Coaches
Erin Argentieri Coach Erin is beginning her
third season coaching with LMT. She began swimming on the LMT team at
age 4 and is currently a Varsity swimmer for Pennsbury High School. In
2006, Erin was chosen Pennsbury High School “Freshman of the Year” and
while recovering from shoulder surgery, placed 15th at the
2006 district meet. Erin was selected for the 2006 and 2007 Bucks
County Courier Times Golden Team, and the 2006 and 2007 SOL All League
Team. In 2008, Erin was selected to the Second Team Courier Times
Golden Team for the 200 medley relay. Erin holds an LMT and PAC team
record in the back stroke. In addition, Erin competes on the Pennsbury
track team in the sprints, hurdles, high jump, and long jump.
Esther Bullard Coach Esther is new to
the LMT coaching staff this summer and is finishing her sophomore year
at Pennsbury High School, where she is also a member of the Varsity Swim
Team. Esther has been swimming for LMT since she was five years old and
has worked at LMT as a swim lesson instructor for the past two summers.
Matt Chrzanowski Coach Matt is new to the
LMT coaching staff this summer and is finishing his sophomore year at
Pennsbury High School. In 2008, Matt was a district finalist in the 100
backstroke and relay and also a state qualifier in all these events.
Matt was chosen for the 2008 Bucks County Courier Times Golden First
Team as he was the top backstroker in the county this high school
season. Coach Matt has been a member of the LMT Swim Team for 8 years
and a swim lesson instructor the past two years.
Sean Corcoran Coach Sean is a second year
coach with LMT and will graduate from Pennsbury High School this
spring. He began swimming at age 9 in Ipswitch, MA. Coach Sean swam
with PAC for 4 years and completed four years of Varsity swimming for
Pennsbury High School. He has been a member of the LMT swim team for 5
seasons. Coach Sean was chosen “Freshman of the Year” in 2005 and
earned the Unsung Hero and Outstanding Male Diver award for the 2007
season. Coach Sean earned numerous SOL awards and qualified for the
District 1 Championships 4 years in a row for swimming and 2 years for
diving. In 2008, he was a state qualifier in the 400 free relay and
chosen as a second team Bucks county courier Times Golden Team. In
addition, Coach Sean plays Varsity Lacrosse for Pennsbury High School
and coaches in the Lower Bucks Lacrosse League. Sean will be attending
Widener University in the fall on a partial academic/athletic
scholarship, swimming for “The Pride”.
Cynthia Deitch 2008 will be Coach Cynthia’s second year
coaching with the team. Coach Cynthia swam competitively on a summer
league team for eleven years. She also swam for four years on her high
school team. Coach Cynthia coached for a summer league swim team in New
Jersey for six years, and a high school swim team for one year. She
attended the University of Delaware receiving a B.S. in Health and
Physical Education and attended Temple University where she received a
MED in Therapeutic Recreation. She has taught physical education and
health on both the elementary and secondary level and has also worked as
a recreation therapist with both children and adults with disabilities.
Coach Cynthia was a coach for the Pennsbury Aquatics Club this winter,
and is currently also a figure skating instructor. She is the mother of
Kate and Will, who are on the LMT swim team.
Jason Clark 2008 will be Coach Jason’s
second year coaching for LMT. Coach Jason has been the Head Coach for
Pennsbury Aquatic Club (PAC) girls team for three years and is a
certified USA Swimming coach. As a youth, Coach Jason swam for the
Roxborough YMCA for 10 years, Roxborough High School and Kendrick Rec
Center in the Philadelphia Dept. of Recreation League. In high school
he was awarded All Public recognition and also lettered in cross country
and baseball. Coach Jason swam and lettered for Temple University and
is currently a Realtor for Century 21. Coach Jason is the proud father
of a 10 year old boy, Robert and will be the Head Gator Coach this
season.
Tiffany Garber Coach Tiffany is new to the
LMT coaching staff this summer. Currently, Tiffany coaches for Spirit
Swimming USA team and just completed her student teaching in Physical
Education at Edgewood Elementary School and Pennsbury High School.
Coach Tiffany graduated from West Chester University with honors. She
majored in kinesiology with a minor in health science and professional
education and competed on West Chester University’s Water Polo team.
Coach Tiffany also coached Council Rock Aquatics SAL team and
Newtown Crossing LBSL team.
Heather Jorris (Head Coach) Coach Heather
was an LMT assistant coach for 3 seasons, this will be her third season
as Head Coach. Coach Heather’s other coaching experience includes
coaching a summer league team in Northern Virginia, beginning a learn to
swim program on the island of Guam, coaching Masters swimmers in
Honolulu and presently at the NAC, and directing/coaching
triathlon/cycling/ run training programs for 10 years. Heather also
runs a corporate Fitness Business in the Bucks county/Philadelphia
area. She graduated from Penn State University with a degree in
Exercise and Sports Science and was a member of the Varsity swimming and
cross country teams. She currently races as a professional triathlete,
specializing in the Ironman distance and is the mother of two boys, ages
6 and 9.
Cassie Meade 2008 will be Coach Cassie’s
second year coaching with LMT. She has been on the LMT team since the
age of 5 and has been a competitive swimmer for 10 years. Coach Cassie
will be a junior at Pennsbury High School this fall. She swam for the
Pennsbury swim team and was also the starting goalie for the Pennsbury
J.V. soccer team. Coach Cassie plays soccer year round with a
club team as well.
Michelle Pocetti Coach Michelle has been
coaching with LMT for five years and coached for Bob Magg’s PAC Spring
Clinic for five years. This winter and spring, Michelle also coached
for the Penn State Aquatics Club. Michelle swam for LMT for 10 years
and still holds several Crocodile records. Michelle competed on the
Pennsbury High School Swim Team for four years, earning “Best Freshman”
and “High Point Runner-Up” recognition. This spring Michelle graduated
from Penn State with a major in Health Policy and Administration and is
currently job searching in the New York and Philadelphia areas.
Jill Schieren 2008 will be Coach
Jill’s third season coaching with LMT and second season as the Croc Head
Coach. Jill coached for the PAC swim team for 6 seasons and was the
head of the 8 and under program for three years. Jill was a competitive
swimmer for 8 years and is a certified USA coach. Currently, Jill is
pursuing a degree in Nutritional Science with a minor in Business at
BCCC and has recently become an avid runner. Jill was featured in
Women’s Health Magazine and on The Today Show for her incredible
tenacity and discipline for making lifestyle changes that resulted in a
110 pound weight loss.
Mike Stolosky This season will be Coach
Mike’s second one with LMT. He has been swimming on various teams since
age 5 and currently swims for Albright College. He was a member of The
Newtown Swim Club summer league team for ten years, Council Rock Swim
Club, Spirit Swim Club, Trihampton YMCA team, and the Council Rock High
School Varsity swim team. Coach Mike is a three time District qualifier
and a two time PA State High School Championships qualifier. He holds
records for Council Rock North in the 200 medley relay and for Albright
College in the 2000 butterfly. Coach Mike has several Top 3 places in
the MAC Conference meets for Albright College. Currently, Coach Mike
will be a senior at Albright College, pursuing a major in Physics and
Education.
Allyson Tiberio Coach Allyson will begin her
second season coaching LMT this summer. She began swimming at age 5 and
swam with the Stoneybrook Swim Club and Spirit of ’76 as an Age
Grouper. In high school, Coach Allyson was a four year varsity swimmer
at Archbishop Wood High School and an American Red Cross Swim Instructor
for over 10 years. Coach Allyson graduated from Villanova University
with a double major in Education and Communications. Currently, she
teaches second grade at Saint Andrew School and coaches their track
team.
John “Doc” Wilson Coach Doc has over 30
years of coaching experience and has been a coach with LMT for 15
years. Prior to LMT, Doc was the Head Coach at Somerton Springs Summer
Swim Club for five years and Fanny Chapman Summer Swim Club for four
years, leading each team to two League Champion titles. Doc was the
CBAC (SAL League) Assistant and Head Coach for 12 years, leading them to
four Division and one League Championship titles. Doc is currently the
Head Boys and Girls Swim Coach at Pennsbury High School, leading them to
a District 1 Championship title and coaching 10 high school
All-Americans. Doc is a Level 5 USA coach and was chosen the Courier
Times 2006, 2007, and 2008 Swimming Coach of the Year.
Diving Coaches
Brian Gemberling 2008 will be Coach Brian’s
First year with LMT. In 2008 Brian was selected for the second year in
a row as The Bucks County Courier Times Boys Swimmer/Diver of the Year.
Brian is a two time District Champion and qualified for States all four
years in high school. In 2008 Brian placed fourth at the state meet and
was undefeated in dual meets. Brian also received the Roy Moose award
for the top overall score for a diver in District One. Brain also dives
for a Junior Olympic team, Blue Dolphin Aquatic Club and for Pennsbury
Aquatic Club. Brian will graduate from Nehaminy High School this spring
and attend college in the fall on a diving scholarship.
Stephen Reustle (Head Diving Coach) This
year we welcome Coach Stephen to the LMT Swim and Dive Team as the new
Head Diving Coach. Steve Reustle's fifteen year diving career began at
age eleven at the Council Rock Diving Club. Over the years, he competed
for Council Rock High School where he was a state finalist. He reported
to Candace Gottlieb with the prestigious Blue Dolphin Diving Team at the
College of New Jersey. As a Junior Olympic Diver, Steve qualified for
and finaled at Winter Nationals in 2001. Lastly,
Steve represented Drexel University, where as a NCAA Division I Scholar
Athlete, he medaled consistently at CAA Conference Diving Championships
and qualified for the distinguished NCAA Zone Championships.
Additionally, Steve has competed with and against Olympians and has
trained under the legendary five-time Olympic coach, Dick Kimball and
Russian Olympic Gold Medalist Vera Ilina. Last season, Reustle coached
the Girl’s PIAA AAA Pennsylvania State Silver medalist and multiple age
group divers to league and division gold, silver and bronze medals in
the Suburban Aquatic League. Steve currently lives in Morrisville, PA
and enjoys his career in Marketing for Siemens in Hamilton, New Jersey.
Annie Washburn Coach Annie is new to the LMT
diving staff this year. Annie was a member of Council Rock Aquatics
Club from the age of 10 until she graduated high school. She also dove
for Council Rock High School all four years, qualified for districts
each year, and was captain of the team her senior year. Coach Annie was
a swim instructor and lifeguard throughout high school through Council
Rock Aquatics as well as Poolman and helped assist the Council Rock High
School diving program.
Annie is currently a senior at West Chester
University with a major in elementary education and minor in reading.
Coach Annie dove for West Chester University her sophomore year, until
she was sidelined with a back injury. She will be student teaching in
the upcoming fall in Bristol Township and will graduate in December. On
weekends this summer, you may also have Annie as your waitress at
Marcella Nord in New Hope, PA.
